Our signature loaf. Long-fermented with NZ stoneground flour. Crisp crust, open crumb.

Dark rye with caraway seeds. Dense, tangy, brilliant with butter.

Light, olive-oil dough. Airy crumb, thin crisp crust. Great for sandwiches.

Laminated by hand with Otago butter. 48-hour process. Flaky and golden.

Same laminated dough, dark chocolate batons.
