Meet the Bakers

Ava & Jules

Little Flour started at the Arrowtown Farmers' Market in 2017 when Ava and Jules began selling sourdough from their home kitchen. Word spread fast — by 2019 they'd taken over the old post office on Buckingham Street and turned it into a proper bakery. The ovens fire up at 3am every day. Everything is made with NZ flour, Otago butter, and free-range eggs from down the road. The display cabinet is full by 7am and empty by lunch.

Ovens on. Sourdough goes in first.
