Meet Maia & Josh

Fern & Brew started in 2019 when partners Maia and Josh turned a tired old pub on Shotover Street into the kind of place they'd always wanted to eat at — warm, welcoming, and focused on doing simple things well. The menu changes with the seasons, the wine list favours small NZ producers, and the kitchen team treats every plate like it's going to a friend.
