Meet Maia

Kiln & Clay grew from a simple love of clay and the quiet focus of making things by hand. What started as a backyard kiln and a dream has become Nelson's home for ceramics — a place where beginners find their rhythm on the wheel and experienced potters push into new territory. Every piece that leaves our studio carries the mark of the hands that made it.

Every piece that comes out of our kiln is a small collaboration between maker, material, and fire. That's what keeps us coming back to the wheel.
